Yes. A standard machine is suitable when a published configuration meets the part and process requirements. Customized equipment or integration is considered when special tooling, fixtures, multiple operations, automation or inspection functions are required.

Yes, after a technical review. The confirmed scope may include machine configuration, tooling, fixtures, accessories, automation integration, inspection or testing functions. Final feasibility depends on the workpiece and process requirements.

Yueli first reviews the part and process. The team then defines the machine scope, confirms interfaces and testing requirements, and prepares the technical and commercial proposal. Unconfirmed precision or performance figures are not treated as final specifications.

A quotation is generally valid for 15 days. If the validity period has expired, please ask Yueli to reconfirm pricing, component availability and delivery conditions before placing the order.

T/T and L/C are available. The final payment schedule and documentary requirements are confirmed in the quotation or sales contract for the specific order.

The typical equipment lead time is 10–30 days after the technical and commercial scope is confirmed. Actual timing depends on customization, component availability, tooling, fixtures and the agreed testing plan.

Testing and inspection can be planned according to the confirmed project scope. Acceptance items and criteria should be agreed during the technical review so both parties understand what will be checked before shipment.

Yueli provides export packing. Please provide the destination country and delivery requirements so the packing and shipping arrangement can be discussed and stated in the order documents.

Yes, overseas installation and training are available. Unless included in a written quotation, overseas on-site installation and related travel expenses are not included and will be quoted separately.

The complete machine warranty is 12 months. Wear parts and consumables are excluded. Human-caused damage is handled separately according to the actual situation and confirmed service terms.

Yueli provides lifetime online technical guidance. Warranty service follows the confirmed order terms, while parts, consumables and on-site service outside the agreed scope are handled separately.
